Michael - Sour Shot

Hi Everyone,

http://www.syncsketch.com/playground/bc76228540f84acb96930d55848e4b88

I've addressed the notes that were given from the class and focusing now on the back end of the shot to make it clearer and a little more sour. Let me know any feedback you may have and thank you for watching!

Thanks,
Michael

  1. Hi Michael,

I love the progress. I feel like everything is very smooth. I am curious, what if the sour expression comes earlier and hold it a bit longer (around fr 70). Some of sour expression indicate they almost close their eyes (https://www.google.com/search?q=sour+face+expression&es_sm=119&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0CAcQ_AUoAWoVChMI-oXYr4_fyAIVhcImCh11iQst&biw=1905&bih=1195).

At the end, what do you think if he shows only some red part on his teeth, instead of all of them?

    Awesome work!

    1. What I meant was, what if only some part of his teeth that covered by the red spot instead of all of them.

  2. I tried drawing it on syncsketch but he looked like a vampire with blood on his teeth, sorry :) But I also agree, the teeth would look better if it's not fully red.

  3. Hi Michael, good job with the notes so far. I'm not reading the "sour" expression as much as I want to. Keep exploring this. Work on the appeal/clarity of last pose as well. See sketches.
